“BLEJAN” Ecological, Social and Business Support NGO announces a request for quotations for the development of design and cost estimation documents and the provision of author’s supervision services within the framework of the urban park improvement program in the Gavar community of Gegharkunik region.
The full list of service requirements, participation conditions and evaluation criteria is presented in the attached Terms of Reference (ToR), including the required services and the package of documents to be submitted.
The request for quotations is conducted within the framework of the “Dream Garden” project, implemented on the basis of Contract No. 81320036 concluded between BLEJAN NGO and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). The aim of the program is to create a nature-based and climate-resilient public space through community participation, educational programs and the promotion of environmental values.
The “Dream Garden” is part of the the project ‘Promoting Green Deal Readiness in the Eastern Partnership Countries’ (PROGRESS), which is implemented on behalf of the International Climate Initiative (IKI) of the Federal Government of Germany. Within the Federal Government, the IKI is anchored in the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Climate Action, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMUKN). The project is also the responsibility of the Federal Foreign Office (AA). PROGRESS is implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, as the lead agency, in partnership with the European Business Association (EBA) Moldova, the Institute for Economics and Forecasting of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (IEF), the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), and the Regional Environmental Centre for the Caucasus (REC).” The “Dream Garden” project is also implemented with the financial support of the Gavar Community Administration.
Note: The program is exempt from value added tax and customs duties. Suppliers of all goods and services to be procured under the program are also exempt from VAT and customs duties. A corresponding certificate will be provided, and a quarterly report will be submitted to the Ministry of Economy.
